Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

As part of the UK & EMEA Centre of Expertise (CoE) for Reward, this position will provide administration of all programs to ensure compliance with established guidelines, processes, procedures and applicable laws.

The Reward Analyst will provide advice to ensure the business remains compliant with legislation and is competitively placed against the market. The role will also involve:

  • Maintain an up to date understanding of current employment legislation and industry trends to ensure alignment to market, compliance, and best practices.
  • Maintain EMEA Country Guide with all legislative updates and communication to team of significant changes.
  • Supporting on all Reward queries and issues; Compensation, Incentives, and Recognition.
  • Support all aspects of the Annual Reward Cycle.
  • Support providing data as required for all Reward Reviews.
  • Process all Early Career payments in accordance with documentation.
  • Conducting job levelling and data requests as required to ensure consistency of approach.
  • Undertake regular data audits including allowances, NMW, and FTEs.
  • Support the development of policies and processes and ensuring all process are documented and applied consistently.
  • Support Reward training as required for any Reward initiatives.
  • Supporting the roll out of any Corporate initiatives across all EMEA countries.
  • Other project work as directed by the EMEA Reward Manager.
