Description
Learning Journey Development - Support the design and delivery of onboarding, everboarding, and upskilling programs. - Promote personal productivity, digital literacy, and selling skills through targeted learning initiatives. - Drive the digitization and automation of learning content and experiences. - Emphasize the development of value selling capabilities throughout all learning journeys. Content Creation & Delivery - Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop and deliver engaging learning content. - Translate complex technical and commercial information into user-friendly materials. - Deliver Instructor-Led Training (ILT), Virtual Instructor-Led Training (VILT), and coaching sessions. Localization & Alignment - Ensure full alignment with regional standard sales development programs, systems, and standards. - Work closely with the central sales development team to localize key initiatives. - Support adoption of techno-commercial knowledge development, sales enablement systems, and value selling strategies. Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement - Collaborate with other regional and global learning and development and sales enablement teams. - Partner with Sales Operations, Product Divisions, and Marketing to support strategic initiatives. - Potentially, manage external vendors when needed to deliver specialized training programs. Program Support & Reporting - Track training delivery metrics, feedback, and impact on sales KPIs. - Provide regular updates to stakeholders and seek continuous improvement opportunities. Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field Fluent in English and preferably in German, French, Spanish or Italian. Strong communication and presentation skills. Willingness to travel across EMEA (up to 25%) Experience in instructional design, adult learning principles, and training delivery. Experience in sales or sales development roles. Experience in technical content creation and localization. High IT literacy, especially with CRM and sales enablement tools. Ability to challenge existing practices and bring innovative learning strategies
