We are looking for an EMEA Sales Leader whose mission is to be a strategic growth driver who builds both as an independent contributor while leading a high-performing team to expand our footprint and pipeline across the region.
Accelerating science requires strong, focused leadership to drive commercial success across EMEA—ensuring that our automation solutions reach the right labs, faster.
By building and guiding a high-performing Strategic Account Executive team and driving pipeline growth, the EMEA Sales Leader will be critical to scaling our impact and fulfilling our mission to accelerate science by making automation a reality for every lab.

Responsibilities
  • Building pipeline, initially acting as an independent contributor directly reaching out to customers to plan and execute Lunch & Learn and new meeting activities in order to get face-to-face with customers
  • Rationalizing quota and development goals to new strategic EMEA territory divisions
  • Leading and managing the Strategic Account Directors across the EMEA region
  • Building a strong team culture that reflects our values and supports growth
  • Setting clear goals, providing regular coaching, and supporting team development
  • Driving pipeline growth by working closely with Marketing and other teams to generate demand
  • Owning and delivering regional sales targets, helping the team close key dealsRolling out strategy in EMEA in alignment with global sales leadership and tailoring it to local needs
  • Partnering with Customer Success, Product, and other functions to ensure strong execution and customer outcomes
  • Using data to track progress, identify issues, and improve performance
  • Supporting account planning, territory setup, and resource allocation
  • Championing our mission to accelerate science by making lab automation accessible
