What You'll Do We are currently seeking a Sales Operations Specialist, based in the Barcelona area, for an initial fixed term (12-month) who will support the operational processes for the Amazon EMEA account in a timely and accurate manner. The candidate will be responsible for driving operational excellence and ensuring seamless execution for the account. This role requires strong coordination across internal teams and external partners to optimize supply chain efficiency, maintain compliance, and deliver exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate must be a self-starter that can perform in a highly collaborative team environment. This role will require ownership, high attention to detail and a strong problem-solving mindset. Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to: As a Sales Operations Specialist, you will: Oversee demand planning and order tracking processes to ensure accurate forecasting and timely fulfillment of customer orders Act as the primary point of contact for resolving operational issues promptly while maintaining clear and effective communication across internal teams and Amazon stakeholders. Collaborate with Wilson, Amazon, and Customer Service teams to manage order book Lead pre-order planning activities and coordinate execution to align with requirements and timelines Work closely with Amazon, Wilson supply and Customer Service teams to ensure smooth execution of purchase orders from product creation through final delivery Ensure all product listings meet Amazon certification and compliance standards Collaborate with Strategic Account Manager, Content Specialist, Customer Service, and Amazon teams to resolve product related order blocks What We're Looking For Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field. This is a hybrid role for someone who has experience working on internal processes for order management, demand planning and operational performance.
