Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field — or equivalent professional experience.
3–5 years of experience as a General Ledger Accountant in a large, professionally managed organization.
Solid technical foundation with in-depth knowledge of IFRS/GAAP and financial analysis principles.
Strong analytical mindset and advanced computer skills, particularly in Excel; experience with analytical tools, databases, and ERP systems — preferably SAP.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships across departments, with peers, and senior leadership.
Self-driven and proactive, capable of working independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Fluency in English is essential.
Familiarity with current accounting and financial reporting standards across multiple European jurisdictions is a strong advantage.
Holding a recognized accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, ACA, ACCA) is considered a plus.
Perform general accounting activities and support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for multiple EMEA legal entities in accordance with Local GAAP and IFRS (including both statutory and corporate reporting), ensuring compliance with company policies.
Ensure timely and accurate statutory external reporting.
Facilitate efficient internal and external audits, acting as the primary contact for selected external statutory auditors.
Assist in preparing the monthly cash flow forecast for EMEA entities.
Collaborate with other departments, respond to ad hoc queries, and contribute to accounting projects.
