WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

The CE Technical Trainer provides professional deliveries of Technical Training to the CE Dealer Technicians. Technical Training is about enhancing the CE Dealer Technicians technical skills, their repair and trouble-shooting competences, their capability to maximize customers’ Uptime.
The Trainer sets presential (face-to-face) and remote (on-line virtual classroom and virtual workshop) deliveries of the technical training courses. The level of the courses can vary from basic fundamental principles (After-Treatment Solutions, general Electrics and Hydraulics fundamentals) for beginners to professional technician product courses (with focus on: engine, electric/electronics, hydraulics, After-Treatment System-ATS, connected services, etc.). He can organize master technician courses with specific deep-dive sessions for selected products and audiences.

EDUCATION / TRAINING

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Technical studies/or equivalent (electric/electronics, hydraulic, mechanical)
  • Construction Equipment and 3D software modeling (eg. CREO) background are considered a strong plus.

SKILLS

  • Office package (power-point among the others) and Internet tools
  • Familiar with the IT applications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to influence and create positive mind set among the trainees
  • Ability to establish inter-personal relationships with colleagues throughout EMEA Region
  • Natural attitude for the Team working in an international context, cross-cultural attitude
  • Must be able to take responsibility, work under own initiative and fulfill tight deadlines
  • Able to communicate at different levels internally and externally
  • Ready for working in a complex matrix organization
  • ONE-Team and Customer First spirit.

Responsibilities
  • The Technical Trainer prepares the materials for the Trainings of the CE machine
  • Delivers the trainings in English mother-tongue language
  • Prepares in English the Training materials about the Products
  • Is responsible of the Training Calendar
  • Prepares the deliveries with the support of the Training Administrator of the Technical Training Centre(s) where are stored the machines available for the deliveries for both presential (Face-to-Face) and in remote on-line (virtual) modalities
  • Is responsible of gathering the test-in and the test-out results of the technicians participating to the trainings, their appraisal questionnaires and assessing all the information necessary to measure the effectiveness of the training
  • Needs to deliver trainings in all possible modalities: presential (Face-to-Face) at the Training Centers in EMEA Locations or at the Dealer Premises (EMEA) or in pure remote on-line (virtual) modality. The remote on-line methodology can be a Virtual Classroom or a Virtual Workshop, that requires the presence of the trainer near a machine at the Training Centre
  • Contributes to the continuous innovation in training methods and tools
  • Ensures quality and volumes of training activities agreed with the Training Manager
  • Contributes to support Product Support team and Dealer Technicians if required.
