Apple is a place where extraordinary people gather to do their best work. Together we create products and experiences people once couldn’t have imagined - and now can’t imagine living without. If you’re motivated by the idea of making a real impact, and joining a team where we pride ourselves in being one of the most diverse and inclusive companies in the world, a career with Apple might be your dream job! You will become a member of the Sales Finance team at Apple. With approximately 130 employees based across 5 locational hubs within EMEIA (Europe, Middle East, India and Africa), we build value, collaborating with many teams to provide outstanding commercial and financial support. We set the bar high; go out of our way to help others; share knowledge; filter out noise to focus on the crucial; encourage the very best from ourselves and the team; and drive the right course of action. To do all of this you will be an excellent communicator, collaborator and innovator, with a passion for debate and inclusion.
DESCRIPTION
As the Business Performance Manager, you will lead a team of finance business partners. Your role is to deliver clear, actionable performance narratives that influence commercial decision-making. This key role will bring together intelligence across Sales, Finance, and other functions to provide a comprehensive view of business performance. You will work closely with senior stakeholders across the organisation to champion a culture of insight-led storytelling, raising the standard for how Finance communicates business performance. This involves ensuring clarity, consistency, and impact in all outputs. You will lead the development of high-quality storyboards and executive-ready presentations, translating sophisticated information into compelling narratives that drive understanding and action. This includes major deliverables such as leadership forum presentations, Town Halls, and initiative updates. In this role, you’ll not only deliver high-impact work yourself, acting as a player/coach, but also elevate the performance of the broader Finance community by embedding best practices in insight communication and visual storytelling. You will act as a strategic partner to Finance colleagues across teams, supporting them in building capability and confidence in how they present data and business performance. As a people manager, you’ll develop and grow a high-performing team, fostering a culture that values curiosity and collaboration. The ideal candidate will excel at balancing strategic leadership with hands-on execution, embracing ambiguity, and always keeping the business impact in mind.
