As part of the EMEIA Partnerships & Industries team, you will demonstrate a deep understanding of the public sector, across the EMEIA region. This role will require you to build a community, underpinned by strong collaboration with the WW and local teams to build strategies that are relevant for both now and into the future. The community will be across the EMEIA region for the teams of people who engage, inspire and manage our Public Sector business, you will have a passion for understanding the interpersonal structure, decision-making process, and political considerations in the public sector. The role will require you to initiate and maintain high quality relationships with a real cross section of leaders from all corners of this sector, plus be visible across the Apple eco system as the coordination lead. In our team, we collaborate with the global and regional partners, regional sales, channel marketing and systems engineering teams, both inside and outside Apple, to create and execute sales plans, covering industries and other end-customer focus areas. Areas of work include new Business Development, Partner Management, and Enterprise Sales Programs. Understanding the needs and issues facing Apple’s customers in public sector and considering possible sales opportunities and projects to increase sales and establish a dominant share position in Apple’s public accounts by co-building territory strategies and plans with your colleagues. Effectively articulating and communicating Apple’s leadership messages for these areas of focus will be core to the role. Applying Apple’s sales methodology consistently across the teams helping them find and spot opportunities across accounts and taking overall ownership over the shape, quality and volume of the pipeline will be a basic, yet core expectation. The role is about results, you will be passionate about exceeding the goals that will be placed on such a pivotal role. You will oversee the key performance indicators that support growth and enable forecasts on the overall health of territory plans to deliver results and develop lighthouse accounts to be used as references. You all be adept at leveraging all of the communication methods that are available, working relentlessly across the eco system to develop new and innovative growth opportunities, drive relevant market activities, and ultimately ensure sales performance through our partners and resellers.
DESCRIPTION
Understand how government and the public sector industry works across the region Provide industry leadership to customers and in-country account teams - discovering future innovations and establishing new technological norms. Collaborate with EMEIA Government organisations to prioritize solution requirements. Lead the EMEIA Government go to market strategy and be the go-to person for that coordination Understand Government security and environmental requirements to communicate them back into the appropriate internal teams to ensure our relevance and compliance. Partner closely with regional sellers, channel and carrier field execution teams to align and assess existing solution partners. Leverage input from cross-functional teams to fine-tune our solution strategy and partner programs to deliver scale. Support regional field execution of Government solution programs / campaigns. Partner cross-functionally to establish and report key performance indicators, track solution results against intended business outcomes, and assess overall effectiveness of each solution. Inspire customers to think different - in how they do business and how they empower their people to do business using Apple’s platform.
