The Preservation and Fixture Insight (P&FI) Program is responsible for the Quality Execution and Maintenance of all EMEIA Branded Programs to ensure the ultimate consumer experience is provided at all times. The Program focuses on the key aspects of fixture repair and maintenance, supplies and technology and is responsible for 5,000+ POS across 70+ Countries.
DESCRIPTION
Support the P&FI Manager through driving the day-to-day running of the Repair and Maintenance Program throughout Western Europe. Monitor repair and maintenance activity on a daily basis. Work with Project Managers from the World Wide (WW) Team and local vendors to ensure repairs are processed in a timely and satisfactory manner and to the highest quality execution. Full ownership of inventory into Arvato and also for all Programs to ensure SLA Provide analysis of maintenance data to identify and determine where Program efficiencies can be made within your specific region. Create, distribute and maintain training materials specific to each vendor, reseller and local team. Manage translation and localisation of materials as necessary. Work with NPI team at launch in the co-ordination of all 3D merchandising activities. Responsible for specific projects which cover all of EMEIA, specifically supply management. Cover-age includes order approvals, system management, vendor selection & other development projects based on the requirements of the Geo. Close working relationship with the World Wide team required.
