DESCRIPTION The EMEIA Retail Finance team is looking for a highly motivated Finance Analyst to own commercial insight, programs and promotions across EMEIA Retail. Based in London, this role will deliver rigorous analysis and forward-looking financial perspective to drive Retail performance across the region. Our ideal candidate brings strong data analytics capabilities and sharp commercial acumen, alongside a track record of building effective cross-functional partnerships. They are comfortable with ambiguity, proactive by nature, and consistently focused on what comes next. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS 5+ years of Finance experience in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment Demonstrated track record of delivering challenging projects, managing multiple priorities, and completing rigorous ad hoc analysis Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex results to non-Finance stakeholders and senior leadership A drive to automate and improve processes, with enthusiasm for adopting the latest technology tools A collaborative team player with a genuine desire to learn, grow, and contribute to a high-performing team PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Proven ability to distil complex decisions into clear, comprehensive financial models Experience with data analytics and visualisation tools such as Tableau and SQL Professional finance qualification (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent
