Job Summary: Under the supervision of the charge nurse or Nurse Manager, the Registered Nurse (RN) prescribes interventions, delegates and coordinates care of assigned patients. Gives direction and supervision to ancillary staff and gives individualized patient care. In doing so, uses the nursing process with age-appropriate assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation. Responsibilities
The Registered Nurse (RN) prescribes interventions and coordinates care for assigned patients under the supervision of the charge nurse or Nurse Manager. The RN also provides individualized patient care using the nursing process.
