Make a Difference The Emergency Room Technician is responsible for greeting and orienting patients to the patient care area. They perform cardiac monitoring testing and rhythm interpretation and also provide security access to and from the Emergency Department by monitoring cameras and answering entrance phones. Provides patient care services as stated to the patient. Collaborates with other team members to perform other services as directed. Exceptional Skills and Qualifications Applicants for this position should be able to collaborate with others in a team setting, have excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude toward problem-solving. High school diploma or GED equivalent Successful completion of arrhythmia recognition course, as assigned Previous healthcare experience preferred Must be able to lift Must be able to attend one week of full time training
