Key Responsibilities: - Emergency Dispatch: Receive and process emergency calls, dispatch appropriate emergency services, and provide critical information to field personnel. - Camera Monitoring: Operate and monitor surveillance cameras, analyze video feeds to support real-time decision-making, and identify and report suspicious activities or incidents. - Communication: Maintain clear and accurate communication with emergency responders, law enforcement, and other relevant personnel to ensure coordinated and effective responses. - Data Management: Document and log all emergency calls, incidents, and camera observations with precision and attention to detail. - Crisis Management: Handle high-pressure situations with composure, using sound judgment to prioritize tasks and manage multiple demands simultaneously. Qualifications: - Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as an emergency dispatcher with a strong camera monitoring and surveillance background. - Skills: Proficient in using dispatch software, surveillance systems, and communication tools. Excellent multitasking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. - Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional relevant training or coursework is a plus. - Attributes: Strong attention to detail, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to remain calm and focused in high-stress situations.
