OVERVIEW

We are seeking a qualified Electrician who possess a strong background in electrical domestic repairs. Electrical repair requests will be sent to the electrician to accept or decline. The call out rate is £100 and covers up to 2 hours work. Any additional hours over 2 shall be paid at £50 per hour. Materials used shall be paid at cost value.

SKILLS

• Proficient in the use of hand tools and power tools relevant to electrical work.
• Solid understanding of electrical theory, wiring methods, and safety practices.
• Previous electrical experience is essential; experience in a specific sector (residential, commercial, or industrial) is advantageous.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Work Location: In perso

• Drive to the property in Gala or Hawick
• Lease with property manager and guest to co-ordinate the repair
• Troubleshoot electrical problems and perform necessary repairs efficiently.
• Possibly need to collaborate with other tradespeople to complete repairs on time and within specifications.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and codes during all work activities.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
