Job Description  CONTIGENT UPON CONTRACT AWARD Location: NCR (National Capital Region) Clearance: Public Trust Key responsibilities - Responsible for providing evaluation, consultation, guidance or direction in a specialized area(s) of expertise - Consult with project team, customers, and government officials regarding process, content and/or deliverables as required - Contribute content, identify best practices, and knowledge of subject matter, translate subject matter terminology as appropriate - Provide recommendations verybally and in writing  - Usual work with a minimum of supervision but may function in an oversight capacity for research projects, educational activities, evaluations of staff performance, and liaison activities with government agency and other partner organizations  Experience  - A minimum of four years of relevant experience in a related discipline  Minimum Qualifications  - A bachelor's degree or an additional four years of experience - Demonstrated ability to work independently or under general direction - Good written and oral communication skills Equal Employment Opportunity Statement  CFDay is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
