The SME IV provides executive-level subject matter expertise, leading large-scale evaluations and advising on program strategy, policy alignment, and continuous improvement of agency training initiatives. THIS ROLE IS CONTINGENT ON CONTRACT AWARD Key Responsibilities Lead strategic evaluations across multiple training programs Provide expert advisory support to government stakeholders Oversee complex reviews and ensure alignment with national standards Contribute to policy and process improvements Represent the contractor in high-level meetings and review boards Requirements Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Minimum 12 years of relevant experience Demonstrated expertise in emergency management Preferred Qualifications Recognized expert in emergency management or training programs Experience advising federal agencies or large-scale programs CTR Management Group is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
