How you’ll make an impact in this role Lead assigned staff in performing activities or tasks in emergency services. Guide or coordinate shift operations of assigned activities, resources, and/or associates. Serve as a technical or functional resource and performs similar duties with staff. Assign, monitor and review progress of work. Observe and report compliance with policies and/or procedures. Oversee and evaluate orientation and training of assigned associates. May provide input in the review and evaluation of staff performance What minimum requirements you’ll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. One or more of the following required: Emergency Medical Tech credentialed from the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians (NREMT) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Paramedic obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Education: High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree with 1 year of experience OR 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
