Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate skills in medical procedures, such as trach care (suctioning, changes, monitoring, etc.) and ventilator monitoring
- Assist and monitor meal preparation and feedings, including tube feedings
- Monitor the environment for the safety and wellness of the patients
- Able to recognize and respond appropriately to medical emergencies
- Maintain patient confidentiality as specified in HIPAA guidelines
- Assist with the day-to-day maintenance of the center, including maintaining equipment and supplies, paperwork, and infection control
- Promote a positive environment for the development of children through a positive and caring attitude
