* Perform staffing duties as delegated by the team Captain * Always ensure 100% staffing levels by the standards set forth in the employee handbook * If necessary to ensure 100% staffing levels, the Lieutenant may need to cover open shifts personally * Facilitate positive team morale and effective communication within your team and across the Northeast Fire-Rescue company * Effectively communicate with Department Officers in a timely and professional manner * Attend leadership/management team meetings * Promote the growth and development of your team
