Here, you’ll play a key role in delivering top-tier medical services, performing a broad spectrum of procedures, and leading a talented clinical team in a collaborative, patient-centered environment. As part of this role, you will help enhance the delivery of emergency care, including overseeing clinical reviews, driving quality improvement initiatives, and mentoring medical staff. You’ll also have the opportunity to contribute to a highly regarded medical education program, ensuring that the next generation of healthcare professionals receives the best possible training in Emergency Medicine. This is a unique chance to support the establishment of a Rural Generalist ED training hub with a focus on excellence. Key Requirements: A Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) or equivalent, with specialist registration in Emergency Medicine (FACEM). Extensive experience in clinical emergency medicine within an Australian Emergency Department setting. Expertise in managing both pediatric and adult emergencies. Strong leadership, professional judgment, and communication skills in a multidisciplinary team. Proven experience in teaching and supervising undergraduate and postgraduate medical staff.
