We are currently seeking experienced Emergency Medicine professionals to join a government hospital in the UAE. As an Emergency Medicine physician in a government hospital, you will provide critical care to patients facing urgent and life-threatening medical situations. This role requires rapid assessment, diagnosis, and management of a diverse range of emergency conditions within a high-paced healthcare environment. You will have the chance to work with a multidisciplinary team dedicated to delivering outstanding emergency care and improving patient outcomes. Your expertise will be vital in stabilizing patients and ensuring they receive appropriate continuity of care in accordance with government healthcare standards. Responsibilities: Conduct thorough evaluations and triage patients presenting to the emergency department Administer immediate interventions and treatment for a variety of medical emergencies Diagnose and manage acute conditions, trauma, and other urgent health issues Order and interpret necessary diagnostic tests and imaging studies to inform treatment plans Stabilize critically ill patients and coordinate with specialists for further care as needed Document patient care accurately in compliance with regulatory standards Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and effective patient care Participate in continuous professional development and training opportunities relevant to emergency medicine Medical degree (MD or DO) with board certification in Emergency Medicine Experience in emergency medicine within a hospital setting is highly preferred Thorough knowledge of emergency healthcare protocols and treatment guidelines Proven ability to make fast and informed medical decisions in high-stress environments Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient care and team collaboration Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving abilities Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced and ever-changing healthcare setting Current certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) Familiarity with government healthcare systems in the UAE is a plus Benefits are a Good Monthly Salary + Incentives + Standard family benefits like accommodation, Air ticket, Medical insurance, and Education allowance.
