As an Emergency Medicine physician at SearchPlus HR, you will be responsible for delivering timely and effective medical care to patients in urgent situations. Your role will involve evaluating, diagnosing, and managing a wide variety of emergency medical conditions in a fast-paced environment. In this critical position, you will work alongside a dedicated team of healthcare professionals to ensure that patients receive the highest standard of care, and your skills will be essential in stabilizing patients and making quick medical decisions. Responsibilities: Perform thorough assessments and triage patients arriving in need of emergency care Deliver appropriate medical interventions to stabilize critical patients Diagnose and manage acute medical conditions and traumatic injuries Order and interpret diagnostic tests to guide treatment options Document patient encounters and treatment plans accurately in medical records Collaborate with other medical professionals to provide comprehensive care Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current in the field of emergency medicine MD or DO with board certification in Emergency Medicine Experience in emergency medicine or high-acuity clinical environments is preferred Strong understanding of emergency medical practices, protocols, and guidelines Ability to make quick, informed decisions in high-pressure situations Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective patient and team interaction Strong analytical skills and critical thinking capabilities Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment Current certifications in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) Benefits are a Good Monthly Salary + Incentives + Standard family benefits like accommodation, Air ticket, Medical insurance, and Education allowance.
