Responsibilities Assess and stabilize patients presenting with diverse emergency conditions Perform emergency procedures and interventions promptly and efficiently Coordinate care with nurses, specialists, and support staff Utilize diagnostic testing and clinical findings to guide treatment decisions Maintain comprehensive and accurate medical records for all patients Participate in quality improvement programs and departmental meetings Educate patients and families about treatment plans, follow-up care, and preventive measures Qualifications: Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution Completed residency training in Emergency Medicine Board certified or board eligible in Emergency Medicine Valid and unrestricted medical license Proven experience working in emergency medicine preferred Exceptional clinical decision-making and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Capable of working under pressure in a fast-paced environment Availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays Strong commitment to continuing education and professional development We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
