The successful candidates will work with a team of twenty six consultant emergency physicians and five permanent specialty doctors across Northumbria Healthcare Trust, as well as a large team of doctors in training at all levels. We also have a team of Emergency Nurse Practitioners who help deliver the minors service across all sites. The type of work to expect and learning opportunities: Assessment of all cases: GP, Ambulance, self presentations, all age groups, medical and surgical. Initial diagnosis, investigation and treatment.
Close working with other inpatient teams and specialities. Very close working with acute medicine with team handover and interaction
