Position Summary: You’ll be the first point of contact after a fire, helping property owners understand their next steps, coordinating with insurance adjusters, and ensuring restoration work begins quickly and smoothly. You’ll combine empathy with professionalism—supporting clients emotionally while ensuring the business side runs efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Respond promptly to emergency calls and arrive on-site once cleared by local authorities. Explain restoration options and guide customers through their recovery plan. Assess damage and gather project details for estimates and proposals. Present and secure service agreements with confidence and care. Stay connected with clients throughout the restoration process. Coordinate between field crews, estimators, and insurance adjusters. Build strong relationships with adjusters, fire departments, and referral partners. Requirements Job Requirements Proven sales experience, preferably in restoration or related service industries. Strong empathy and communication skills, especially with customers in distress. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Familiarity with fire and water damage restoration is a plus. Availability to respond to emergencies 24/7, including weekends and holidays. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required. Ability to lift and carry materials as needed during site assessments.
