Description

The RRM Information Management Officer position sits within NRC’s Rapid Response Mechanism, a critical emergency response modality designed to deliver timely, multi-sectoral lifesaving assistance to populations affected by sudden-onset crises. The RRM Information Management Officer supports the implementation, quality assurance, and continuous improvement of information management systems for NRC’s Rapid Response Mechanism. The role ensures that data collection, databases, dashboards, analysis, and reporting are delivered in a timely, accurate, and protection-sensitive manner to strengthen programme quality, accountability to affected populations, and evidence based decision making during rapid emergency responses.

Responsibilities

The officer manages information systems for the Rapid Response Mechanism to ensure timely and accurate data collection and reporting. They are responsible for creating dashboards and analysis to support evidence-based decision-making during emergency responses.
