About the team monday.com Foundation’s Emergency Response Team (ERT) is hiring an Emergency Response Manager to help scale our global emergency response model. This is an execution-first role. You will design systems and operate inside them. You will deploy to the field, lead emergency response initiatives end to end, work directly with humanitarian organizations, and ensure monday.com is used as a core coordination platform during emergencies. About The Role Lead emergency response deployments from activation to close-out. Deploy globally (up to ~50%) and act as the operational lead in the field. Lead and coordinate monday.com volunteers and partner teams during deployments. Implement monday.com workflows for core emergency operations. Ensure strong platform adoption and repeat disaster usage. Design, improve, and standardize emergency response workflows and methodologies. Translate field learnings into scalable systems and deployment playbooks. Support preparedness and seasonal response strategies. Identify, onboard, and train country ambassadors in new and priority regions. Build and maintain partnerships with NGOs, humanitarian networks, and local actors. Track deployment outcomes and operational impact. Contribute field-based insights and case studies based on execution. Requirements 4+ years’ experience in emergency response or humanitarian aid, with field deployment and partnerships creation experience. Proven ownership of complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives in high-pressure environments. Experience coordinating NGOs, partners, and volunteers without formal authority. Ability to take full ownership of projects from A to Z, including leading people in the field. High autonomy, accountability, and strong execution bias in ambiguous, fast-changing contexts. Hands-on experience implementing digital tools or systems is a strong advantage. Highly experienced monday.com Work OS user is a major advantage; ability to master the platform quickly is required. Strong systems thinking and problem-solving skills. Willingness and ability to travel frequently and deploy to emergencies (up to ~50%). Fluent English required.
