This role requires quick thinking, adaptability, and strong decision-making skills to care for a diverse patient population. You'll work alongside a phenomenal team of healthcare professionals who support each other while providing exceptional patient care. Available Shifts Days (Rotating Weekends) Mixed (Rotating Weekends) Key Responsibilities Triage, assess, and treat patients with varying levels of acuity Provide critical nursing care for patients in emergency situations Develop individualized treatment plans and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams Manage multiple patient cases, prioritizing care effectively Educate patients and families on post-care instructions and referrals Ensure strict compliance with patient safety and hospital protocols Qualifications Active RN license in Florida or multistate compact eligibility 1+ years of recent acute care experience required (within the last year) Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Diploma in Nursing required BLS certification required prior to start Must obtain ACLS, PALS, and Nonviolent Crisis Intervention certification within 90 days of hire Why Join Us?
