POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated Emergency Service Coordinator to join our client’s team in Harrisburg, PA. This critical role involves coordinating emergency response services for property restoration projects, ensuring rapid deployment of resources, and maintaining exceptional customer service during crisis situations. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess strong organizational and communication skills.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in emergency services, dispatching, or customer service
  • Experience in property restoration, construction, or related field preferred
  • Previous experience with emergency response coordination highly valued
