What You’ll Do: Respond to psychiatric crises by providing on-the-spot risk and lethality assessments Deliver short-term, solution-focused therapy and coordinate follow-up care Collaborate with case managers and community partners to ensure continuity of care Develop clinical formulations, safety plans, and disposition recommendations Support individuals in our crisis apartment setting with therapeutic interventions and skill-building Complete timely, compliant documentation aligned with medical necessity standards Participate in mobile and office-based assessments as needed Engage in ongoing team collaboration, supervision, and professional development Requirements What We’re Looking For: Strong clinical judgment and the ability to think critically in fast-paced situations A client-centered, trauma-informed approach Confidence working both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team Flexibility and adaptability—you’re comfortable with non-traditional hours when needed A passion for community-based crisis intervention and stabilization What You’ll Bring: Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field required. Eligibility for NH License such as LCMHC, LICSW or LMFT required. Will require prompt completion of Concord Hospital's Credentialing application process is required. A valid driver’s license, personal vehicle, and auto insurance with minimum coverage of 100,00/300,00 are essential. Minimum of two (2) years’ work experience in a mental health treatment environment preferred. Experience working with adults and/or a forensic population preferred.
