Join WWT today!   What you will be doing: As an Emerging Business Representative, you will demonstrate persistence and tenacity by prospecting, building customer relationships with tactical-level contacts such as IT Managers, and helping shape customer thinking. You will drive consensus for WWT solutions, support business growth, and contribute to the organizational strategy of moving toward a services-led model.   Responsibilities: * Respond to incoming client calls and purchase requests from unmanaged clients in North America – profile accordingly. * Follow up on and close transactional renewals. * Position solutions for client purchase requests and projects by promoting WWT’s products and services. * Create and manage opportunities in Salesforce. * Follow up on quoted products and services. * Monitor incoming quote requests from a general inbox for unmanaged clients and respond accordingly. * Assist clients in setting up access to WWT’s online ordering portal. * Drive adoption of the web portal on every call by assisting clients to place orders through “Web Walk-through Demos” and the Procurement POV. * Profile and qualify unmanaged clients. * Attend trainings and stay current with new products and technologies to properly support client requests. * Enhance customer experience (CX) scores through legendary customer service.
