The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.
Base Pay Range
Minimum: $180,000.00 USD
Maximum: $300,000.00 USD

• Leads the Company’s business development efforts throughout the assigned region targeting larger scale clients.
• Provides the full breadth of the Company’s products and services to clients and prospects.
• Oversees deal teams during underwriting process and transaction due diligence.
• Oversees production of offering memoranda and engagement letters.
• Develops and maintains relationships with participating lenders to ensure adequate market demand for syndicated loans originated by the Company.
• Participates in joint calling effort with bankers in an effort to uncover syndicated opportunities with our clients.
• Partners with Relationship Managers on new business development opportunities related to syndicated bank loans
