Key Responsibilities:• Lead and develop comprehensive student life, engagement, and leadership programs.• Oversee student clubs, Student Council, ambassador programs, athletics, recreation, and campus-wide events.• Drive initiatives that promote student wellbeing, inclusion, leadership, cultural engagement, and holistic development.• Lead and mentor Student Life teams while managing budgets, resources, and operational priorities.• Develop policies, digital processes, assessment frameworks, and continuous improvement initiatives.• Collaborate with faculty, staff, students, and senior leadership to enhance the overall student experience.• Represent the institution in relevant meetings and external engagements.Requirements:• Master’s degree with 10+ years of relevant management experience in student affairs, activities, programs, or services.• Senior leadership experience within a university or educational institution.• Strong knowledge of student development and program administration.• Excellent Arabic and English communication skills.• Strong leadership, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
