• Execute annual strategies and plans within the retail (dealers) segment to achieve assigned sales targets.
• Provide sales forecasts to retailers (dealers) based on market trends and competitors’ analyses.
• Execute joint promotions initiatives at the retailer/store level to ensure product maximum exposure.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with independent retailers, creating the necessary awareness and engagement with Taqeef products.
• Address and resolve customer issues to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Work closely with and coordinate activities with Operations, Warehouse and Logistics to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Strengthen and accelerate retail sales business through regular retail partner visits, a high level of customer satisfaction, and market reviews.
• Ensure the timely collection of accounts receivable.
• Provide regular market dynamics updates to the management.
• Contribute to the execution of the B2B and B2C campaigns.
