Position responsibilities Your perimeter will cover the development of our e-Mobility AC Residential and DC chargers and potentially solution at edge and cloud As a project manager, you will build the project execution plan, including scope, resources, timeline, communication strategy, development, testing and maintenance steps You need to work with different entities with external and internal partners, with OEM, ODM, JDM or in-house design approach. You will coordinate and synchronize a multi-skill, multi-sites project team to deliver the offer on time with expected features and performance. You will implement Team building actions to develop and foster team spirit and people motivation As a project manager, you will lead the activities all along the project, from the definition of the requirements, alignment with partner on the specification, respective roles and responsibilities, expectations from both sides in order to secure a contract You will leverage both local and remote support functions to help the team all along the project You will supervise the execution of the project, monitoring progress, changes and risks and keeping a strong focus on quality and time to market You will define the communication plan and monitoring instances, establish regular reports to key stakeholders, manage the decision-making process and escalate appropriately when arbitration is required You will manage synchronization with companion projects of the e-Mobility business You will anticipate and mitigate the risks, manage the change requests in order to adjust the development strategy and minimize impacts on the timeline. Very frequent travels to the partner site, several days per week less than 2 hours from Shanghai Required Skills Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent. 5+ year experience in project management Experience in Brand labelling, co-development or other kinds of partnerships – Experience in BL projects with Chinese partner Ability to foster collaboration, Influence and leverage all levels of the organization Prioritization, time management, organizational skills and multi-tasks management Critical thinking and problem solving in a fast-paced technical environment Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Fluent in English and Chinese Experience in eMobility Business will be plus MBA will be a plus
