JOIN A BRAND-NEW SEMH SCHOOL IN HORLEY – ELSA OR THERAPEUTIC SUPPORT ROLE

Location: Horley, Surrey
Hours: Term-time only | Full-time

Are you passionate about supporting children with social, emotional, and mental health needs? Do you have ELSA training or a background in therapeutic, pastoral, or behaviour support?
We’re a brand-new, nurturing SEMH school in Horley, and we’re looking for a compassionate, emotionally intelligent, and proactive individual to join our founding team.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

  • Work closely with individual pupils and small groups to support emotional regulation, resilience, and wellbeing
  • Deliver targeted interventions and build trusting relationships with pupils who may have experienced trauma or adverse childhood experiences
  • Collaborate with teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals to create a safe, supportive learning environment
  • Be a key part of a small, passionate team shaping the culture and ethos of a new school
