Responsibilities Provide counter services to walk-in and pre-booked customers at the service centre Handle and resolve MPF / eMPF enquiries and complaints effectively Assist customers in registering and managing their eMPF accounts using tablets or self-service kiosks Deliver customer services in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements Manage customer flow and ensure smooth daily operations of the service centre   Requirements Form 5 or above with frontline customer service or counter service experience preferred Minimum 1 year of customer service or frontline experience Good communication skills with patience, attention to detail and strong team spirit Familiar with mobile applications, websites and online application processes Able to use computer systems to check and verify information Fluency in English or Mandarin is an advantage Fresh Graduate will also be considered
