Your tasks

You are responsible for the complete processing of accounts payable – from checking and posting incoming invoices to regular account and balance reconciliation.
You will be in close contact with specialist departments, branches, logistics centers and external business partners, clarifying open accounting questions.
You analyze existing processes, identify optimization potential, and develop solutions for the efficient handling of clarification cases.
You will actively participate in the creation and implementation of new guidelines for accounting processes.
You will manage the interfaces between accounting, IT, and the ERP and accounting systems used, and support their continuous development.
Furthermore, you contribute your ideas to cross-departmental projects aimed at optimizing financial processes.

Your skills

You have successfully completed commercial training.
You already have several years of professional experience in accounting – especially in accounts payable and VAT.
You work confidently and routinely with the common MS Office applications, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
You are characterized by an affinity for numbers, analytical thinking skills and a structured way of working.
You work independently, proactively, and impress with a strong customer and service orientation.
English skills are an advantage and will support you in communicating with international contacts.
Team spirit, reliability and a sense of responsibility complete your profile.
