What You’ll Do You’ll conduct payroll compliance audits and assist with financial statement audits for employee benefit plans. You’ll work independently—whether on-site, remotely, or in a hybrid setting—while being supported by a collaborative team that values your contributions. What You’ll Need Strong attention to detail and critical thinking Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Functional knowledge of accounting principles (Associate’s degree or equivalent experience) Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word Travel Willingness to Travel: Comfortable working at various client and payroll audit locations-primarily day trips with occasional overnight travel required. Reliable Transportation: Ability to drive a personal vehicle to job sites within a 300-mile radius of the primary office.
