We are a fast growing voluntary benefits broker and enrollment firm, looking for an individual with benefits industry experience and a Life and Health insurance license to manage a block of new and existing corporate clients.

The Employee Benefits Account Manager will be responsible for:

  • Developing and maintaining long term relationships with the clients assigned to them
  • Managing each clients’ annual benefits renewal
  • Assisting with client issues, either directly or by referring them to our internal support teams
  • Maintaining accurate reporting on activity and progress with their assigned clients

Qualified candidates will already have a Life and Health insurance license and some experience in the employee benefits industry. Highly qualified candidates will have experience as an account manager for either a group or voluntary benefits broker.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
