About the Role As an Employee Benefits and/or Commercial Lines Producer, you will play a key role in driving new business growth. You will identify prospective clients, develop strong professional relationships, and deliver customized insurance solutions that support employer needs and reduce risk. This position blends business development, strategic consulting, and industry expertise. You will assess client needs, design tailored programs, negotiate with carriers, and collaborate closely with internal service teams to ensure clients receive comprehensive, compliant, and high-value coverage. Success in this role is measured by consistent new business production, strong client retention, and overall satisfaction.
