Brown & Brown is seeking an Employee Benefits Client Coordinator to join our growing team in Jacksonville, FL.
TheEmployee Benefits Client Coordinatorserves as the secondary service contact for the Account Manager and acts as support for the benefits department. This position is primarily responsible for assistance with data entry, day to day servicing, eligibility, and production of materials.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred)
  • 1-3 years of experience in insurance or medical field (Preferred)
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite
  • Exceptional oral and written communication
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • Prior employment or internship in an office setting
