Vestora is looking for an experienced Employee Benefits Consultant to join our growing team in Dubai.

This is a client-facing role working with employers and senior HR stakeholders across employee benefits, workplace savings and related financial-services areas.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage relationships with corporate clients.
• Understand client requirements and provide practical advice.
• Lead client meetings, presentations and discussions.
• Support business development and new client opportunities.
• Work with industry partners and financial-services providers.
• Contribute to research and market intelligence.

About you

We are looking for someone with experience in employee benefits, compensation & benefits or HR consulting. Experience in pensions, workplace savings, insurance or financial services would be an advantage. You should be confident speaking with senior HR professionals, commercially minded, articulate and comfortable learning new areas quickly.

UAE/GCC experience is preferred.
