Job Description Your Tasks: You drive the transformation of our HR processes towards end-to-end digitalization with leading people experience in Employee Central Lead the functional implementation team in HR HQ Identify automation opportunities: Analyze HR processes to find repetitive, manual tasks to automate. Design workflows & rules: business rules, approval chains, and automated notifications in EC. Concept integrations: Automate data flows between EC and payroll, time, benefits, or finance systems. Test & validate: Run scenarios to ensure automations work correctly across different use cases. Monitor & support: Set up dashboards, resolve automation issues, and train HR admins for ongoing use.
