This hands-on experience will equip you with practical skills, build your network, and provide opportunities that set you up for success. Your Opportunity We have an exciting four-month communications internship opportunity with our Employee Communications team. This position calls for someone who is curious, eager to learn, flexible, and is passionate about using communications to connect people, improve the employee experience, and drive long-term business strategy. In this role, you will work within Stantec’s corporate communications to support a wide range of communications and administrative activities. Your Key Responsibilities * Write, format, and template content in our brand voice and style for various channels to support our communications team * Support the development of communications strategies, plans, and materials * Create content using templates to assist with North American communications * Maintain the team’s document repository and ticketing system to ensure smooth and efficient operations * Work with the Employee Communications team to support general day-to-day efforts and special projects as they arise Pay Transparency: In compliance with pay transparency laws, pay ranges are provided for positions in locations where required. Please note, the final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. At Stantec certain roles are bonus eligible. Actual compensation for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on the agreed number of working hours per week.
