The Boeing Company is looking for an Employee Data Governance Manager to join our team in Hazelwood, MO; Mesa, AZ; or Seattle, WA.
This role will be responsible for the successful leadership of employee record service delivery across the enterprise. In addition, this role is responsible for direct oversight of our third-party service team. A Successful candidate will partner with internal and cross functional teams to drive results including but not limited to continuous improvement and efficient execution of work.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):

3+ years of experience with Workda

  • y3+ years of experience with the ServiceNow platfor
  • m3+ years of experience providing guidance regarding HR policies, procedures, processes and service

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):

Manages employees performing activities to ensure functionality, request modification to, evaluate and audit Human Resource data systems
