OVERVIEW

Insight Global is seeking an Employee Development Specialist 3 to support an aerospace client of ours out of North Charleston, SC. This role involves analyzing learning requirements and setting clear learning objectives. The specialist will test the delivery environment, establish system access requirements, deliver content, and assess its effectiveness based on the learning objectives. Additionally, the role includes conducting test proctoring, deploying development tools, and monitoring implementation and performance outcomes.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Must know how to navigate a computer (Microsoft Suite)
• Must have good communication skills and knowledge transfer
• Experience in instructing adult learning
• Have good presentation skills.
• Have good leadership skills.
• Good time management skills.
• Ability to demonstrate hand tool usage & techniques.
