We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Employee Digital Experience Manager to support our Learning and Development (L&D) and Human Resources (HR) and teams with data collection, processing, and reporting. This role is ideal for someone with a strong IT knowledge, passion for customer service, and a growing interest in data analytics. You will help turn raw L&D and HR data into meaningful insights that support strategic workforce decisions as well as ensure that our enterprise systems are being used to their full potential.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or in progress) in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Strong interest in data-driven practices.
  • Knowledge of learning management systems.
  • Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, charts, formulas); exposure to SQL, Power BI, or Tableau is a plus.
  • Experience with LMS.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work well with cross-functional teams.
  • Willingness to learn and develop technical and HR-related skills on the job.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

  • 2+ years experience as the administrator of various HR systems
  • Experience in Microsoft Suite

Responsibilities
  • Oversee with the L&D Director the Learning Management System (LMS) Digital Platform and assist with Human Resources Information System (HRIS) data integrity.
  • Coordinate department needs with Corporate IT staff and follow proper procedures regarding Corporate IT Processes.
  • Assist in gathering and cleaning data from various systems including LMS, HRIS, ATS.
  • Generate regular reports and dashboards related to training, engagement, hiring, turnover, and attendance.
  • Identify and address inefficiencies in current processes. Leverage technology to automate and improve workflows, data management, and reporting capabilities.
  • Develop insights from data to drive content and training.
  • Analyze metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement in workforce planning and employee experience.
  • Maintain data integrity and support data entry or audits as needed.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand data needs and support ad hoc data requests.
  • Apply basic visualization techniques to present data in a clear and engaging way.
  • Utilize various enterprise systems to capture employee data points, such as on-boarding and off-boarding.
  • Form I-9 processing and ensuring security and maintenance of data files.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
