Responsibilities
  • Lead Engagement Strategy: Design and implement organization-wide engagement initiatives aligned with our mission and values.
  • Turn Feedback into Action: Use surveys, exit/stay interviews, and other tools to develop data-informed engagement plans.
  • Celebrate Our People: Coordinate appreciation events, recognition programs, and wellness activities that honor staff contributions.
  • Champion Inclusion: Promote communication strategies that connect and inform employees at all levels.
  • Elevate Employee Voice: Facilitate listening sessions, focus groups, and feedback loops that drive meaningful change.
  • Collaborate with Leaders: Partner with leadership teams to integrate engagement and inclusion into everyday operations.
  • Track Success: Measure and report engagement and culture metrics to guide continuous improvement.
  • Special Initiatives: Support CEO-led projects and the Empowerment Summit Committee.
