As an Employee Engagement Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that our employees are engaged, motivated, and aligned with the bank's mission and goals. You will work closely with various departments to develop and implement engagement initiatives that promote a positive and productive work environment. Our ideal candidate has experience in developing and implementing employee engagement programs, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a passion for enhancing the employee experience. Responsibilities Develop, plan and implement employee engagement activities and events Conduct employee surveys and analyze data to assess feedback and engagement levels Collaborate with department heads to design and implement communication strategies that promote employee engagement Develop and manage programs that support diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives Create and deliver training and development programs for employees that promote positive engagement Manage employee recognition programs and initiatives to enhance employee morale and motivation Stay up-to-date on best practices in employee engagement to continuously improve the employee experience Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or relevant field Minimum of 3 years of experience in employee engagement, employee relations or related HR field Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective engagement programs and initiatives Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work collaboratively with other teams and departments Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems
